Bio: Jagrati is the Director of two property companies – Jag’s Pads Limited (based in West London) and SARANI Properties Limited (based in Derby). She acquires, refurbishes and lets flats and houses. She works in collaboration with her business partner and life partner, Gareth, through his company Macdonogh Management Services Limited where they provide property management services to landlords. They pride themselves on being legally compliant, approachable and responsible.
Jagrati set up Jag’s Pads Limited 2 years ago, having been a Legal Secretary for over 30 years.
Jagrati strongly believes in continuous learning and self-development and she is a lifelong member of the HMO Elite Mastermind Group. She is also an accredited member of the National Landlords Association (NLA). She has recently been accepted on to the Leadership for Women Course through Agents for Change.
She is also a Community Activist and Connector. More recently, she has been an active Board Member with White City Enterprise and, latterly, Wormholt & White City Big Local. She is currently a non- executive member of White City Residents Association and Neighbourhood Forum.
Jagrati is a mother of 2 children aged 8 and 15 years.
