I’m Linda LaBrooy and I’m a learning and development specialist and professional coach. Having had 25 years of corporate learning and development experience, 18 months ago I decided to start my own business. I work with companies writing and developing leadership, management and operational learning initiatives from a blank piece of paper to full global roll out. In the next 12 months I’m introducing open courses on titles such as “Introduction to Coaching”, “Working in an overwhelming environment” and “What does it mean to be led by you?”
As a professional coach I work with Directors and Managers, especially helping women to overcome blockages enabling them to move to their next role. Quite often as women we suffer from our own unconscious bias that impacts our thoughts which then influences our behaviour. Coaching can help name that unconscious bias allowing the shift to release our full potential.
