Whatever end of the business spectrum you’re at Make It Your Business is for you! \nThis event is a great opportunity to hear about the real experiences of being an entrepreneur from women who have currently run a business\, and ask any questions you have. \nJoin other like minded women who understand how important it is to feel supported at this Make It Your Business Tunbridge Wells networking event on January 17th. \nOur guest speaker will be Tracy Garrard\, CEO of AXA PPP healthcare. \nPanelists: \nClaire Burroughs\, managing director of Ansacom\, which manages incoming phone answering and live chat services for more than 300 businesses across the UK. The winner of the Times of Tunbridge Wells Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2019\, Claire is currently setting up a new business providing training for reception staff to help companies make the right first impression. \nDebbie Harris\, is the managing director of Autumna\, a national website which supports self-funding families understand and find care. She is also a committed campaigner to changing political and social attitudes to later-life care solutions. Inspired by personal experience\, Debbie has already sold one platform to a national competitor and has expanded another from its beginnings in West Kent through successful franchising. \nAmanda Redman joined Kimberly Clark as a graduate recruit with a Modern Languages degree from Cambridge\, working her way up to roles in European Marketing and heading up UK Marketing for all Personal Care brands. After 22 years she then opted for a complete career change\, accepting redundancy and retraining to run her own business as a financial planner. Amanda Redman Financial Planning currently employs three people\, and is looking to take on more in 2020. \nJulia Olden\, whose background is in sales and marketing in London\, was pregnant with her third child when she negotiated the lease to the Office Tribe premises opposite Tunbridge Wells train station.
