DESCRIPTION:Join us on April 1 in central London for the next Make It Your Business networking event with 3 incredible female founder panelists. \n\n\nDo you dream of starting your own business but need a helping hand? \n\n\nPerhaps you already have a business but feel stuck and not sure how to move forward? \n\n\nOr maybe you are a successful entrepreneur willing to help other women achieve their goals? \n\n\nWhatever end of the business spectrum you’re at\, Make It Your Business is for you! \nThis event is a great opportunity to hear about the real experiences of being an entrepreneur from female founders across a range of industries\, and ask any questions you have. \nJoin other like minded women who understand how important it is to feel supported at this Make It Your Business networking event at the The Devereux on 1st April 2020. \nWe have three excellent panelists joining us\, with Tracey Livingston Howard of TraceyLiv Coaching and Seneca Training and Hillary Su\, serving as their facilitators for the evening: \nEmma Haslam\, Founder and Head of Brand and Vision at Borogo Insights \nEmma is the Founder of Borago Insights which helps those doing good do better. Emma has been in digital since 2000 and running her own analytics company since 2012\, recently rebranded into Borago Insights and now specialising in working with organisations doing social impact work. Emma has deliberately built her company in way that enables her to live her passions outside of work as well\, regularly volunteering at Battersea Dogs & Cats Home. \nBayo Adelaja\, Founder and CEO of Do It Now Now \nBayo is the founder and CEO of Do it Now Now; which she founded in 2016 in response to gaps in the support available to Afro-Caribbean innovators building tech companies and social enterprises in the UK and across Africa. The initiatives Bayo developed for Do it Now Now have led to awards by both Harvard University and Oxford University’s Business Schools for her work to create and foster opportunities for under-served communities through technology. 3 communities/initiatives she designed to support underrepresented people in tech\, were named “Top in Europe” by FT-backed digital news platform\, Sifted. \nSonya Barlow\, Founder of Like Minded Females \nSonya is the founder of Like Minded Females (LMF)\, a diversity network & consultancy changing the narrative of inclusion through life skills workshops\, community building and corporate training. Within the first year\, LMF has engaged with over 12\,000 people and grown to a social following of 9\,000+. Sonya is proud to be a woman of colour in technology and has been recognised as a Rising Star (2017) and UK Tech Business Woman of the Year Finalist (2018).She is a public speaker\, TEDxSpeaker and workshop facilitator\, and is passionate about changing the narrative of inclusion\, empowering through life skills workshops and representing the masses.
